Your voluntary return right
Swiss law does not give online shoppers a statutory right of withdrawal. We still want you to be able to buy with confidence, so we offer a voluntary return right on the terms below. Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods (see our Terms) are not affected by this policy.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition of returned items
- Unused and unworn, in the same condition you received them.
- With all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- With proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
Items that cannot be returned
- Personal-care items once opened or used – bar soap, shower gel, glove deodorizers and herbal inhalers.
- Items that have been used in training, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards.
How to return an item
- Email info@kimura-fighting.ch with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, within the 14-day window.
- We will confirm the return and send you the return address. Please do not send items back before you have received that confirmation.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item – in that case we cover the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 14 days. Original shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault or our error. We will let you know by email if a return is rejected because it does not meet the conditions above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item (for example a different glove size) is to return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within a reasonable period of receipt and, where possible, include photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund including any shipping you paid.
